Growing up southwest of Ness City, Kansas, 22 year-old Danielle Dinges has always loved the western way of life. She now resides in the very place she grew up, only a short distance from her parents, Darren and Brenda. Danielle is an active partner on the farm, playing a lead role in both the alfalfa and commercial cow-calf operation. Being her father’s “right-hand man” includes every aspect of the farm life; from stacking square bales to working cattle, and she loves every minute!

Danielle graduated from Ness City High School, where she enjoyed her senior year as the 2005 Miss Rodeo Kansas Princess. High school rodeos, 4-H horse shows and being an active officer in FFA kept her days full of activities. This led Danielle to major in Elementary Education at Fort Hays State University, where she is taking virtual classes to complete her senior year. She has been on the Dean’s Honor Roll, National Honor Roll and inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

When she’s not doing homework, Danielle enjoys riding her horses, barrel racing and drawing western art. She shares her passion of horses with her younger sister, Kaitlyn, who also enjoys showing and barrel racing. Their older brother Brandon and his wife, Amber, have two children that Aunt Danielle love’s to spoil, Bransen and Aubree.

Danielle is grateful for the opportunities that have been provided to her throughout her life. Through hard work, determination and faith in God, Danielle feels that any dream is possible. Her personal motto, “Cowgirl Up and Git’R’Dun” sums up her personality; a hard-working cowgirl determined to make a difference in the sport of rodeo.
